MADE TO ORDER
Items marked MADE TO ORDER will be shipped according to that particular items description.
When the product is completed, customers will be notified and product will be shipped. Our current average made to order turnaround time is approximately 10 days; however, due to unforeseen issues (back-ordered fabric and hardware, sewing machine issues, etc.), we will never guarantee a made to order product will ship in fewer than 10 days. Most consumers receive their order within 10 days of order submission, but given the variability of the entire process, we cannot guarantee delivery in less than 15 days.
READY TO WEAR (RTW)
Items marked RTW (ready to wear) will be shipped immediately after purchase.
Our current average turnaround time is approximately 3.5 days; however, due to unforeseen issues (back-ordered & damaged items, sewing machine issues, etc.), we will never guarantee a product will ship in fewer than 10 days. Most consumers receive their order within 5-7 days of order submission, but given the variability of the entire process, we cannot guarantee delivery in less than 10-15 days.
ONE OF ONE (1OF1)
Items marked One of One (1OF1) represents a single size and single quantity in existence and will be shipped immediately after purchase.
Since 1of1 items are completed before they are put up for sale the turnaround time is the same as the RTW terms above.
