6 POCKET JEAN V.1 Design Flat

DESIGNED & DEVELOPED IN 2015

Developed in my earlier days to be a new standard for those days you don’t want to do too much.

SEMI-BESPOKE EXAMPLES BELOW

CRAFTED - 2015 DISTRESSED AND PATCHED TILL PRESENT DAY

These jeans were created as a test for a new acid wash technique I was perfecting in 2015. First, the pattern was cut out of the denim. Each cut piece is  individually pinched and soaked in a solution that rapidly weathers the fabric.

After the denim is washed, sun dried, then recut for sewing. Once the jeans are sewn together the denim is pinched in specific spots and hand worn with sandpaper. The spots that are worn completely through are patched in red topstitch with Cone 13oz red camouflage printed denim.

Weathering the fabric before it is actually sewn together creates quite an interesting contrast in the final presentation of the garment. This technique takes about 20hrs.
